Rob Schlette is chief mastering engineer and owner of Anthem Mastering. Rob's audio engineering career started in 1995 with a pair of staff engineering positions. In 2001, Rob relocated to Minneapolis / St. Paul where he eventually opened Anthem Mastering. Rob and Anthem Mastering returned to St. Louis in 2011.

Rob graduated from Quincy University with a degree in Music, and earned an M.A. in Media Studies at the New School University. In addition to his work in the studio, Rob taught music production and recording technology for ten years at McNally Smith College of Music. He is a frequent contributor to theproaudiofiles.com.
